We are not measuring how well you are grieving. We are looking at what life is asking of you right now, what you have available to meet those demands, what remains sound, and where some construction may help.
Before You Begin
This assessment is not intended simply because grief feels very painful. It is designed for times when something seems to be persistently interfering with your ability to live in a way that feels workable or peaceful.
If your grief is recent and you primarily need comfort and support while finding your footing, Where Grace Begins may be the gentler place to start.

Grace Harbor does not need to know who you are to offer this educational framework.
Under New Construction does not require a name, account, email, or Grief Brief number.
Your answers stay in this browser on this device unless you choose to print or later export them yourself. Grace Harbor does not receive a copy of your Personal Assessment responses through this page.
